Please Note: All tickets are non-refundable. Each ticket includes exclusive materials—like your engraved YETI, T-shirt, and binder—that are made and shipped to you. Because of this, we’re unable to offer refunds once your order is placed. There will be no replay. This is a fully live, interactive training designed to be experienced in real time. Refund and Cancellation Policies

Refund Policy for BBB: BBB reserves the right to cancel or postpone an event due to unforeseen circumstances. If BBB cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.

Registration Cancellation by Participant

The deadline to receive a full refund for an individual ticket is two weeks (14 days) before the event. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will be handled on a case by case basis.
