Refund and Cancellation Policies

Refund Policy for BBB: BBB reserves the right to cancel or postpone an event due to unforeseen circumstances. If BBB cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.

Registration Cancellation by Participant

The deadline to receive a full refund (less credit card processing fees) for an individual ticket is three weeks (21 days) before the event. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will be handled on a case by case basis.

Because of this, we’re unable to offer refunds once your order is placed. There will be NO REPLAY. This is a fully live, interactive training designed to be experienced in real time.
