Please Note: All tickets are non-refundable. Each ticket includes exclusive materials—like your engraved YETI, T-shirt, and binder—that are made and shipped to you. Because of this, we’re unable to offer refunds once your order is placed. There will be no replay. This is a fully live, interactive training designed to be experienced in real time. Your presence matters—for you, your team, and the momentum we’re building together.

Refund and Cancellation Policies

Refund Policy for BBB: BBB reserves the right to cancel or postpone an event due to unforeseen circumstances. If BBB cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.

Registration Cancellation by Participant

The deadline to receive a full refund for an individual ticket is two weeks (14 days) before the event. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will be handled on a case by case basis.
